Background

Hotline commenced in 1994 as Hotline IT Pty Ltd. Hotline has recognised
this name says little of what we do, so in early 2006 we changed our name to
Hotline IT Pty Ltd.

Hotline started as a one man band and has grown to a company of 10 staff with
diverse knowledge and backgrounds.

Hotline services the small and medium sized business market across Australia.
We are a "Business Only" Internet Service Provider (ISP), we offer
comprehensive or basic maintenance packages as well as ad hoc IT service
work. We also procure hardware and software for our clients. We are a total
business IT solutions provider. Many of our customers are in businesses that can not
justify having full-time IT employees within their business so that’s where we can help
them.

Hotline distinguishes itself from competitors by being small enough to offer personalised
service, but big enough to offer a diverse range of services.
