Menu Maintenance Contracts

Maintenance is an insurance policy for the upkeep of your network.
Menu Maintenance and it’s options offers customers the ability to be flexible
in the choice and level of service they require, taking into consideration their
own resources and unique circumstance.

Advances in technology mean that a large number of critical tasks can now be
performed remotely, with minimal onsite presence required. As a result no
onsite labour is included within the Menu Maintenance product range.

OPTIONS:
Monitoring – identify and inform on network failures or irregularities.
Server Administration – manage user accounts and server access, patching, backups,
etc.
Phone and remote User
Administration – User phone support, remote desktop hardware and applications
issues, etc.

Each option has 3 categories:
A – Standard hours,
B – Extended hours and
C – Blanket coverage
