Our live support chat is designed to assist you by putting you directly in contact with one of our technicians to assist with your enquiry. You’ll see a “Chat with us live” Image in the top right hand corner of our website whenever the chat is online.
Live support chat is online between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday and enables you to get a fast response to your question. In the event that chat is offline or our technician is busy you will be able to complete a form that will create a ticket on your behalf. Online support chat has been implemented to cater for those times where you may have a quick question from a third party that requires you to speak with a technician or if you or another user has forgotten their password and you need it reset.
